SmartPunch app is primarily used for taking attendance by the employees of a company. It provides team views and office attendance to the immediate supervisors, managers, HR personnel, and the app owners. Additionally, it provides communication between the supervisors with the team members. Hence providing an attendance tool remotely from a smart device.
Any company can register through the app or our web-based platform. The account admin, CEO, or HR personnel of any company can register users, by inviting them through an email, depending upon their package selection. Then each new user has to verify the email and fill in his/her data.
Our App is not limited to any specific group or type of company/ies. It can be used by any type of business or company. Even the field workers or farmers can use it. The HR or relevant department can export the attendance data to be used by payroll or any other HR system.
The data of the company or user is not shared with any third party for any user from this app or the web app. If a user wants to share his or her attendance data or show them, is it up to them.
At the moment it supports 17 languages. It is supposed to be a global app.
There isn’t any paid content in the App.
Users do not have to pay for opening an account.
For the help of the users, we have introduced another server called “playground”, where they can create different accounts and learn how to use the app in a better way.
